Filigree Art and Crafts does not own, control or represent any third party, and therefore cannot ensure that third parties will act in accordance with your privacy rights. Filigree Art and Crafts will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of information you provide to Filigree Art and Crafts (including transaction data, personal information and images). You agree that Filigree Art and Crafts cannot guarantee the privacy of the content of emails sent or received via Filigree Art and Crafts’ services
User Account, Password, and Security:
You must use your personal password and user ID to access this account. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped with a link to track the status of your order. Once you have been notified that your order has been shipped, please let us know if you have any problems with your order by logging into My Account and clicking on “Contact Us” next to the email. Billing
The price of merchandise as listed on Filigree Art & Craft is the MRP including any applicable taxes for the said product at that time. Such MRP shall also include taxes applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where orders are shipped to. Filigree Art & Craft reserves the right to collect taxes, or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to its normal taxes. We may also charge Delivery Charges which may include postal charges/ shipment charges etc, that may be applicable for your delivery destination.
